Scandinavian Designs Deal ships to physical addresses within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
All orders are shipped free of charge via randomly assigned carriers that meet our delivery standards. This means the carrier handling your package may vary by order and destination. Estimated delivery time within the continental United States is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak-season volume. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Duties and Taxes
Because we ship exclusively within the United States, no import duties or customs fees apply to domestic orders. Any applicable state or local sales tax is calculated at checkout and is the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@scandinaviandesignsdeal.com.
Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
